A clinical consultation

Satori Health & Wellness is a licensed clinical wellness center. We do not sell cannabis products. What we provide is the required in-person medical consultation -- the step that determines whether you qualify, and certifies your application with the Utah Department of Health and Human Services.

Our providers have completed the required continuing education on medical cannabis. After your visit, we can also help you find a licensed dispensary in the St. George area that fits your needs.

How to get your Utah medical cannabis card

Step 1

Book an in-person consultation at Satori

Utah requires that you meet with a licensed medical provider in person before a certification can be issued. At your visit, your provider will review your medical history and evaluate whether your condition qualifies under the Utah Medical Cannabis Act.

Appointments available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Contact us if you need a same-week visit.

Step 2

Your provider enters a certification in the state system

If you have a qualifying condition, your Satori provider will enter your certification directly into Utah's Electronic Verification System (EVS) -- the state's secure portal for medical cannabis records.

Step 3

Submit your application and pay the state fee

Once your certification is in the EVS, you'll complete a short online application through the Utah Department of Health and Human Services and pay the $15 state application fee.

Step 4

Receive your medical cannabis card

Most adult applicants receive a decision within 15 days. Your initial card is valid for one month, then renewable in six-month intervals.

Cards are issued digitally by the DHHS. You can save or print your card to use at licensed Utah dispensaries.

Step 5

Find a dispensary -- we can help

Once your card is active, you can purchase medical cannabis from any licensed Utah dispensary. Satori can help point you toward dispensaries in the St. George or Online that have experience with conditions similar to yours.
